SPONDON intended INCLOSURE. A MEETING of the FREEHOLDERS and others, interested in open Fields, Commons, Waste Lands, and old Inclosures, is intended to be held on Thursday, the 12th Day of April next, at the House of Mr John Harrison, in Spondon, aforesaid, at 12 o’Clock at Noon, to take into further Consideration the best & most effectual Ways and Means of inclosing the said open Fields, Commons, and Waste Lands; at which Time and Place, the Owners of the Tythes, and all Persons interested are requested to attend.

The Proprietors of, and Persons interested in the Open Fields, Common Pastures, Waste Grounds, and Old Inclosures, are requested to meet on Wednesday the 20th Day of February Instant, at Eleven o’Clock in the Forenoon, at the House of JOHN HARRISON in SPONDON, in order to hear the Bill intended to be presented to Parliament read over, and to sign their Consent to its passing into a Law.

SPONDON INCLOSURE. The next Meeting of the Commissioners appointed by an Act passed in the present Sessions of Parliament, intitled, “An Act for dividing and inclosing the Open Fields, Common Pastures, Common or Moor and Waste Grounds, within the Hamlet or Liberty of Spondon, in the County of Derby,” will be held at the House of JOHN HARRISON, known by the Sign the Malt Shovel in SPONDON, on Thursday the 10th Day of July next, at which Meeting the Proprietors are requested to deliver in Writing to the said Commissioners the Particulars of their several Claims, and in what Parts and Situation they would with to have their Allotments set out: And such of the Proprietors who are desirous of making Exchanges, are by Writing under the Hands and Seals to signify the same to the said Commissioners, describing the Particulars of the Lands, & c. by them intended to be exchanged; of which all Persons concerned are requested to take notice.

SPONDON INCLOSURE. The several Allotments being marked and staked out – The Proprietors of the said Inclosure are desired to take Notice, that all the Right of Common, in or upon the open Fields, Common Pastures, Common or Moor and Waste Grounds, or any Part thereof, are Immediately to cease and be for ever barred, abolished and extinguished.
